TAC Officer Training (Union County 911)

 The CLEAN Administrative Section will be providing mandatory TAC update training; this class will detail the duties and responsibilities of an agency TAC officer.  During this class we will cover the CLEAN Administrative regulations and how they pertain to different agencies, how to successfully add, modify or remove and operator’s access in Remote Administrator.  We will go into detail how your users can successfully pass a CLEAN certification exam by showing the TAC officers where exam questions were pulled from and how to find the answers in the new portal.  We will also cover any new rules or regulation changes that will impact agencies.  During this class will also cover the validation process and what an agency can expect from this process as well as the audit process and what an agency is required to do to receive an incompliance audit.  This is also a time for agencies to get specific questions related to their agency answered. 

 This class will be a 4 hour block of instruction which will commence at 0900 hours and conclude at 1300 hours.
