This series is designed to provide Home Forward supervisors with the tools and skills they need to grow and sustain successful teams. The series of fifteen sessions, provides a structured learning environment where supervisors can come together with their peers to discuss topics relevant to their work.

This course is mandatory for all Home Forward employees who supervise at least one other person. 

Schedule: This cohort meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon, at New Market West. The first meeting date is February 11.
