*PRIVATE EVENT MUST READ BEFORE REGISTERING: Join us for our re-opening at King Jesus Dallas! We want to continue following the safety and regulations of our city, therefore every attendee/volunteer is required to wear a "mask." Childcare will NOT be provided for both of our services so we ask that you leave your children ages 12 and under at home. Our security team will check the temperature of every attendee and all physical bags/purses upon arrival. If you do not feel well and are experiencing any symptoms we strongly recommend to stay at home and connect to our services via ONLINE. Thank you for cooperating and we can't wait to see you!

If you have been approved with your Department Leader to volunteer this Sunday for the following departments: Ushers, Parking Lot, Security, Media please continue this registration. This is NOT a form to volunteer, this is only for those who have already been approved with their leader.
