This ticket includes an upgrade fee of $150 for a private room. If your spouse would like to attend the eAssist banquet, be sure to purchase this ticket and the Companion Ticket.
This ticket will allow you to participate with us in all activities of the conference and banquet. It covers the cost of the banquet and any additional goodies we give away! This ticket does NOT come with rooms at the Grand America hotel. You will be in charge of flights, transportation, and lodging during the entire stay of the conference. If you wish to stay at the Grand America, when you book your rooms you should tell them you will be with eAssist and they will reduce your room rate to $209 per night plus tax. You are welcome to stay there, at any nearby hotel, or in your home/the home of a friend or family member.
If you're unable to attend the awards banquet on Friday night, you may purchase this ticket. This fee includes your welcome goodies and access to all speaker presentations/activities.
Spouses are welcome to join us at the eAssist banquet. In order to accommodate spouses, we ask that you purchase a private room ticket and this companion ticket. This companion ticket will cover the banquet cost for your spouse and enable them to stay in the hotel with you!

eAssist's Annual Summit is a three day event that consists of bonding activities, training, and inspirational speakers.
In person tickets are $100 for a shared room between 2 people and $250 for a private room. Spouses are welcome to join us at the banquet by purchasing a companion ticket for $50. The non-companion in person ticket includes the following:
Virtual ticket sales will go live after all in person tickets have sold. With a free virtual ticket, you'll have access to all of the presentations and a few virtual activities. There will be more details to come later!
Cancellation policy Under the case that COVID-19 restrictions are still in place and we are only able to host a limited number of people, attendance priority will be given on the basis of first come, first served. Any ticket holder who is unable to attend due to COVID-19 restrictions will be given a full refund. You may cancel your ticket for a full refund for up to one month before the event. All sales will be final after 6/15/2021.
