Join us this year at New Central Public School's outdoor Summer Camp Fair for an opportunity to meet Parents, Caregivers, Educators and Students from the Halton Region and kick start your Summer Camp registrations.
This highly successful Camp Fair provides an excellent opportunity for you to reach target families throughout the community, provide information and sign up participants for the summertime programs you have to offer.
The Summer Camp Fair is promoted throughout the community with:
· Camp Fair information packages providing details of each camp fair exhibitor
· Ballot draw for attendee(s) to win a credit (paid by New Central Parent Council) towards one of the participating 2022 Camp Fair summer camp programs;
· Marketing through local school newsletters, community websites and more;
· Electronic Posters distributed to Parents and Caregivers through the surrounding Halton District School Board network;
· Email blast to local Catholic School Boards and Private Schools in the local market.
Central Public School has proudly hosted Summer Camp Fair for the last 32 years. Our small but mighty school is located in downtown Oakville, ON and we are recognized for bringing together camp organizers and families in this highly successful event.
Please note that this year our Summer Camp Fair will be held outdoors in our school playground. This allows us the opportunity to enjoy our camp fair with fewer covid restrictions.
