Join a Cardiac Rehab Supervisor from Skagit Regional Health to discuss the connection between stress and heart health.

This class will focus on the various sources and types of stress and the impact stress has on the cardiovascular system. Strategies for managing stress and the benefits of stress reduction will be discussed.

Jeff Rhodes, a Cardiac Rehab Supervisor with Skagit Regional Health, will be our presenter. There will be a Q&A at the end, so please bring your questions!

This event is free and is open to anyone in the community. It is taking place during the regularly scheduled Mended Hearts group.
