Stilly Valley Cooking Class: Summertime Dips and Spreads

Summer is finally here, and it is the perfect time to try out new dips and spreads for outdoor gatherings. This presentation and cooking demonstration will explore a variety of techniques and flavor combinations, both sweet and savory, that will elevate your summer snacking. The class will be led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist from Sound Dietitians, LLC, and is sponsored by Skagit Regional Health. This event is free and can be attended either in-person or online via Zoom.
