Bartel Welch is the Founder and Executive Director of CODE313 and CEO of Red Diamond Digital. With close to 20 years of web design, graphic design, multimedia, print and digital media expertise, Welch is a seasoned veteran of the technology world. As a graduate of Detroit Public Schools he has a passion for the City of Detroit and for advancing its youth. He completed his undergraduate work at Xavier University of Louisiana, attended Wayne State University Medical School, and is currently matriculating in a dual masters program at Walsh College of Business.

TaiJaune (Tai) Robinson was born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, where attended Youngstown Early College for high school, and obtained her Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Social Sciences from Youngstown State University (YSU) the day before graduating with her High School Diploma in 2012. TaiJaune believes that the only choice you have to make, is the choice to be great. This is why she chose to lead by example with creating The Pop-Up Series Non-Profit Organization where she works to promote a healthy lifestyle while having fun! Her organization serves as an impactful outlet and connects her love for dance, passion for community service and desire for problem solving. Along with her non-profit organization, Tai is a volunteer through Big Brother Big Sisters of Metro Detroit and the regional director of Math 4 Success where she is a K-College Math Instructor and Private Tutor. Her mission is to live and lead in her purpose.

As the CEO of CMH Management and 2 Minute Teachables, she enjoys leveraging her extensive background to offer students & adult learners the support they deserve to unlock their full potential and increase the number of black people in STEM fields. Cydney received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan and her Master of Education from Wayne State University. When she is not working in the education space, she also enjoys acrylic Dutch pouring and making lattes at home.
