Freud Museum, 20 Maresfield Gardens , London, United Kingdom, NW3 5SX, United Kingdom.
As part of Culture Lab's engagement with the theme of the human mind, we will visit the former London home of the Austrian psychoanalyst, Sigmund Freud - now a world famous museum. Our hosts at the museum will take us on a tour of the building and talk to us about Freud's life and work, and how his ideas about sex, psychology and therapy were received in Britain and across Europe, as well as in the United States. This event is strongly recommended to students of medicine, neuroscience, psychology, and history - as well as anyone interested in mental health issues.
Please note that since there are a number of planning considerations ahead of scheduling this trip, including pre-payment of tour fees, cancellation of your registration/participation this event is not an option, except in the event of an emergency or illness.
