Session Seven: Contracts, Agreements, Addenda, and Forms

 

You will be asking both buyers and sellers to sign a plethora of documents that aren’t only important – they’re legally binding. The contract is your work product, and it is critical that you have a full and comprehensive understanding of every document you put in front of someone. This clinic will assess your knowledge, reveal the best scripts to use to present and gain buy-in, and what you need to do in order to remain in compliance.
