Session Six: Buyer Clinic

 

Working with buyers can be tremendously satisfying, and is a great way for you to learn and master some of the "essentials" of our business. If you don’t establish good habits and systems, however, it can be time-consuming, frustrating, even disappointing. It doesn’t have to be that way! Discover what you need to do before you ever show that buyer a house and how to keep them loyal for life. Learn how to present and secure a signed exclusive buyer agency agreement. This session will provide you with scripts, dialogues, and the opportunity for role play.
