Start Smart session one: The Business of Being in Business, Property Basics andIntroduction to Relocation!

 

You don’t “do” real estate. It’s not your job. It’s your business!

 

Session one will leave you with a better understanding of what’s needed to build your business on a firm foundation. We’ll discuss expenses, fees, what you need to budget for, as well as who you need to consult with to keep you in compliance. You’ll discover the importance of setting income and production goals as well as effectively managing your time – your single greatest resource.   

Mark Williams from our relocation department will present an overview of how his department works as well as policy and procedure for incoming and outgoing referrals!        

Also: Property Basics. We’ll review style types, utilities, lot and land features, etc. so new associates feel comfortable with the terms and lingo and can better understand their market.

 

 

30 minutes is allotted for lunch; brown bag it or grab a bite nearby.
