Garb yourself in GREEN and Head for the Hills for a special evening of food and wine!  We will be hosting a 4 course meal complete with wine tastings with each course as well as a welcome glass of Sparkling rose' wine and a passed h'orderve. 

Tickets are $65 per person.  SEATING IS EXTREMELY LIMITED.  Reserve your space today!  

Reservations are $20 per person, which will then be applied towards your final bill charged at the end of the dinner.  

Wine club members enjoy a $10 discount for up to two reservations.

Executive Chef Jabari Wadlington has done it again and will be serving an incredible selection that will be perfectly paired with Hardware Hills wines... including a new wine not yet released in our tasting room.

The menu includes:

Shrimp and cabbage dumplings - with ginger Serrano dipping sauce

Paired with St. Patrick’s Sparkling Vidal Blance

Starter

Potato and leek soup with pork pardons

Paired with Seyval Blanc

Salad

Spinach salad with goat cheese, bacon, candied pecans, and maple shallot vinaigrette

Paired with Hatton Ferry

Main Course

Braised corned beef, asparagus Risotto, Dijon cream sauce with chervil

Paired with Petit Verdot

Dessert

Olive oil cake with pistachio ice cream

Paired with Hillside Red
