Session 2:  Sunset with cherry blossoms and monuments. Now Tuesday March 30, 6:15pm.   IPS members have priority, non-IPS members maybe considered if there are available spots.  While the National Park Service and the Washington Capital Gang have already made their predictions for peak cherry blossom time down (right around the beginning of April), it’s unclear whether there will be any area closures to limit crowds.  So we will avoid the Tidal Basin entirely and pick an alternative place that should be available, especially during a weekday.  We will start around 6:15pm (you are welcome to head out earlier!) and then catch sunset and perhaps even some blue hour photos.  Meet at the little footbridge at Constitution Gardens
