Therefore, the Success Through Experience and Process (STEP) Forward Life Prospectus is not a business proposal, white paper, or mission statement, but it is a life development philosophy, process and education model that equips and empowers you to release God's solutions (that which does not exist) into your family and community.

STEP Forward is an online learning, faith-based, non-governmental, Biblical and educational platform that offers accredited ministry certifications that can strategically prepare and position you to fulfill your Kingdom Ambassador roles in your relationships, household, career, business or community outreach initiatives.

United Graduate College and Seminary International (UGCSI) was founded in 1982 and is an online international education institution. We offer various non-traditional, online and Biblical ministry certificates and degrees including, but not limited to, Pastoral Ministry, Ambassadorship Diplomacy, Christian Leadership, Biblical Counseling and Innovative Leadership. We promote the Culture of Honor through Honorary Degrees in Humanities based on skills and philosophy, which we bestow upon highly esteemed individuals who have devoted their life’s work to the betterment of humanity. UGCSI is accredited through Worldwide Accreditation Commission of Christian Education Institutions (WWAC).

Fruitful Life is patterned after the 1st-century Followers of Christ, who continued steadfast in the Apostle's teaching and fellowship, in Breaking of Bread, and in Prayers. They met privately in their homes and corporately as a community; and they took care of widows, orphans and the poor, while experiencing miraculous signs and wonders.  In its DNA, Fruitful Life carries the Ephesians 4 directive of equipping and empowering Believers to do the work of ministry and community service.

The Fruitful Life Learning Community is a Prayer-focused Ministry Hub that offers Personal and Professional Development for people of faith, while providing apostolic oversight, guidance, and support for home churches, fellowships and ministers.  Chris and Carol Green resource, equip and empower Believers through online education for community service and ministry; giving them practical instruction, wisdom and insight for receiving healing within their own hearts and homes, and then the ability to share their extraordinary transformation with others. 

Before there was a religion called Christianity, there was a movement known as THE WAY.  Chris and Carol Green launched the Fruitful Life Learning Community as an intentional effort to help people of faith and Christian leaders return to that simple mission and lifestyle that demonstrates God's love and healing to hearts and homes.

We are pioneering and producing professionals and leaders within community outreach,  government agencies, human & social services, business ventures, and dynamic neighborhood development, who are positively impacting their worlds through the principles of CARE (Compassionate Accountability with Respect and Empathy).
