2022 SuperShafty Fall Crawl
Hey there Potential Sponsor!!!!, It's A.J. Condon from SuperShafty, and we are hosting the 5th annual Fall Crawl event this fall. For 2021 we had over 380 entries. Each truck competes on 4 courses of some of the toughest terrain available on the East Coast. We had a team of over 30 judges pump out 1200+ Scored runs most of which were in 2 days. We draw a large crowd and high foot and web traffic. This year, we have almost completely sold out tickets (In minutes) for Class 1&2. And already have over 340 tickets sold in total. With a few C3's and the U4 and WRCCA guys always buying last minute It's going to be our best year EVER!!!!
I am reaching out to you as a potential sponsor for 2022’s Fall Crawl in hopes that you'd like to partner up to help bring an amazing experience to all of those in attendance.
A little background, In 2018, we gained access to an Olympic whitewater training facility (for kayaking and river rafting) in Maryland. It had everything on site to make for a great event - amazing terrain, parking directly next to the competition area (which is mostly handicap accessible as well), restrooms, pavilion, snack facilities and reasonably priced lodging accommodations close by. All 3 of our previous years have been great events and keep getting larger and more organized than the previous year, and our goal is to continue the legacy for 2022 to promote a family-friendly competition that will become a “must attend” year after year for this location. This year we are having a 3-day event format again, held on October 7th, 8th and 9th. We have a Facebook event page, which already has hundreds of people Following. We hope to have your company on board for this year's event, and future years as well. We ask that all sponsors give a written commitment, no later than July 31st, so we can promote them as much as possible on social media. All sponsors are invited and encouraged to attend the event. For the 2022 event our sponsorship levels are as follows:

Bronze ($400+ Value) - Company name printed on event shirt, Mentioned at the event and Social media advertising on all SuperShafty pages as well as other groups (Facebook, Instagram, and our Website)

Gold ($900+ Value) – Everything from Silver Level, and a course named after your company. Course signs professionally printed and on display all weekend. Small Logo on the event shirt. (To Vend at the event, you must be Gold Level or above Sponsor) Includes 1 ticket of choice.

Platinum ($1500+ Value) - Everything from Gold Level, but in addition, You will also have one of the Largest Logos on the Event Shirt and Your company will have the opportunity to sponsor one of the 1st place plaques for each class, these are on display all weekend and given out at the awards ceremony (See Example). We only have 10 First Place Plaque sponsor spots available. (After the first 10 Platinum spots are filled, you will have the opportunity to sponsor one or more of the remaining 2nd, 3rd etc plaques) (To Vend at the event, you must be Gold Level or above Sponsor) Includes 3 class tickets for ONE person, or 1 ticket of choice for 2 separate people.
We ask that if possible, sponsors donate actual RC related products, however in certain circumstances, gift certificates will be accepted if that would suit your brand better.
Due to unforeseen circumstances EVEN those companies that plan to attend the event, MUST still have their sponsor package in our hands Prior to September 16th.
Company Swag (Shirts, Hats, Pens, Stickers, other promotional non RC Part items) are acceptable to send along with your product donation.
But, they do not count towards the donation dollar amount level.
Most donations will be given away as door prizes throughout the event so that all competitors have an equal chance at winning amazing products without having to be a podium driver.
