SPONSORING THE HEART OF EXIT-ON LINE ASSOCIATE REG Previously only available in a live in-person setting, our Sponsoring, The Heart of EXIT Course has been updated and enhanced specifically for maximum impact live and online! This two-session format will give participants ideas to implement and perfect in Part 1 (2.5 hours) before taking Part 2 (2.5 hours).

This amazing course is an interactive and inspirational event that will open your mind and heart to the most amazing gift we have in real estate. We are going to get together as a team (virtually) to learn skills and build confidence to begin to invite and introduce people to our company (family), and we are going to have fun doing it. Our goals with this course: Present the opportunity of sponsoring and look at success stories Take away all excuses and limiting belief Teach how to overcome objections Give simple ways to sponsor that anyone can do Practice the elevator speech Make a commitment to sponsoring goals EXIT Realty exists because Steve Morris BELIEVES the industry needed not just another real estate company, but a better one; a company that cares enough about its members to develop strong real estate professionals first, then point them in the direction of wealthbuilding and financial security.

This course will give you a running start to sponsoring a minimum of 3 agents per year - a challenge issued to each EXIT Agent by Steve Morris himself!
