Bi-State's annual NH Legislative & Business Event brings together our state's elected officials, business and nonprofit leaders, health care providers, and other advocates to discuss Bi-State's legislative priorities for the 2025 session and key issues that will impact more than 100,000 Granite State individuals and families our members care for.

Bi-State Primary Care Association was established in 1986 to serve New Hampshire and Vermont. Bi-State is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Today, Bi-State represents 26 member organizations across both states that provide comprehensive primary care services to over 314,000 patients at 169 locations. Bi-State members include federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), community health centers (CHCs), area health education centers (AHECs), clinics for the uninsured, and Planned Parenthood.
