Spiritual & Psychic Development Training Agenda Group Workshop | Includes Meditation, Hands-on Activities, Discussions & Work

1. Opening Circle & Meditation Opening Grounding Meditation (30 min) 2. Cleansing Negative Energy How to clear yourself, your personal spaces, and others of negative energy Tools & Methods: • Frankincense & White Sage: history, respectful use, how to smudge properly • Salt & Salt Water Spray: for boundaries, space cleansing • Singing Bowls & Sound: cleansing through vibration • Wands: using intentional gestures to “sweep” energy • Holy Water: spiritual significance and use • Sigils for Cleansing: draw protection symbols in doorways or as a talisman. Exercise: Demonstration of smudging (with sage) and cleansing with frankincense. Use singing bowl or bell to cleanse spaces, chakras and auras.

3. Creating Sigils The creation and charging of personal sigils for protection or manifestation. Exercise:  Share and optionally draw them onto paper or stones

4. Sacred Words & Psalm 91 Objective: Harness the power of spoken spiritual words and scripture Topics: • The vibration of sacred language (mantras, psalms, affirmations) • Words as intention carriers Practice: Group recitation of Psalm 91 aloud Discussion of its meaning as a protection invocation Introduce simple protective mantras (e.g., “I am surrounded by light”)

5. Protection Crystals Objective: Teach the spiritual and energetic uses of protection stones Key Crystals: • Black Tourmaline – grounding, psychic shield • Amethyst – spiritual protection • Obsidian – absorbs heavy or dark energy • Clear Quartz – amplifies other stones Exercise: How to program a crystal for protection How to create a personal crystal grid

6. Psychic Abilities – Classifications & Awareness Objective: Identify and explore different types of psychic senses Discussion: Common psychic experiences Exercises:  Aura Reading: Soft gaze method to see auras  Psychic Drawing: Draw an impression of an object/person without looking

7. Intuition – Trusting & Strengthening It Objective: Deepen trust in inner knowing Topics: • What is intuition? • Intuition vs anxiety/fear • Strengthening intuitive awareness through:  Meditation  Nature time  Journaling  Dreams Exercise:  Yes/No Pendulum Exercise (or muscle testing if no tools)  Three-card intuitive pull (oracle/tarot deck – optional)

8. Connecting with Guides & Ancestors Objective: Establish safe connection with spirit guides and ancestors Topics:  What are spirit guides? Who are our ancestors in spirit?  How guides communicate (dreams, signs, feelings)  Asking for guidance safely Guided Meditation  Journey to meet a spirit guide or ancestor  Encourage receiving name, symbol, message

9. Partner Exercise – Connect with Someone Else’s Guide Objective: Practice tuning into guides on behalf of others Exercise:  Pair up  Sit quietly, ask for connection to partner’s guide

10. Final Reflection & Closing Circle (meditation)  Group shares final thoughts or insights
