Our Keynote speaker is Ms. Daniell Brown. Danielle is an Instructor of Fashion Design for the VCDMA program at Bowie State University. Her broad background in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management and Marketing brings over ten years of experience in the classroom. Brown is the founder and chief executive officer of Silk Iron, LLC - Personal Styling Agency and charity. Her company excels at providing personal and commercial styling.
Ms. Vendetta Reynolds is Ms. Vendetta Y. Reynolds is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in adult education and training. She is an accomplished leader and motivator who is committed to building community and families. She is a retired military leader. She loves live theater, reading, listening to music, adventure, traveling, connecting with likeminded spirits, peaceful days, and laughing out loud.
Ms. Kelly Barber is the Director of the Small Business Center at Halifax Community College. Prior to her current role, Ms. Barber worked for many years in a Human Resource Management capacity for both a Fortune 500 corporation and an international start-up in the sawmill industry. In May 2018, she earned her Society of Human Resource Management -Senior Certified Professional designation.

Through the use of psychotherapy, she provides practical tools to those on the journey to better health and wellness.
Trish is committed to meeting the needs of those experiencing depression, anxiety, and trauma. She believes that each person has their own unique story and should not have to walk this journey of healing alone by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
Trish is the founder and CEO of Noel Integrated Services (NIS), Incorporated established July 2020. NIS provides behavioral health and addictions counseling to individuals, families, and groups. In July 2021, NIS birthed “;ust Breathe (Just Breathe),” a support group for females ages 12-21 that focuses on depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidal ideations. Trish is very passionate about this group and desires to meet their needs through support, education, and advocacy, as well as family members. Trish believes it’s okay to not be okay and she is willing to walk the journey with them.
