Cost: $100.00. A $20.00 deposit reserves your spot. Remaining balance due the day of class, to be paid by cash only.
This fast-paced 6-hour course is intended to increase student competency in the skill of shooting while moving. Time will be dedicated to both the pistol and carbine platforms.
The Shooting and Moving course forgoes typical static shooting drills, in order to maximize the amount of time spent on the move. Students will be trained on:

• Forward and Rear Movement
• Lateral Movement
• Oblique Movement
• Movement around Obstacles
• Moving Off The Line of Attack
• Moving to and from Cover
• Speed of Movement vs. Accuracy of Fire
• Two-Man Movement (Time permitting)

As this is not a basic-level class, students should already possess formal firearms training and have a solid understanding of safe firearms handling. Students who demonstrate unsafe firearms handling will be dismissed from the class with no refund given.

Students will need to bring the following:

• Quality Semi-Auto Pistol with a holster that is designed for the firearm that is being used. Nylon holsters are not permitted. Holsters that require the use of the trigger finger to release the firearm (Serpa, etc) are not permitted.
• Quality carbine (AR-platform recommended, but not required), equipped with a sling. Slings are mandatory for this class.
• A sturdy belt with a magazine pouch, and at least 2 spare pistol magazines (4 if using a single-stack firearm), and at least 2 spare carbine magazines.
• At least 150 rounds of quality, factory-loaded pistol ammunition, and 150 rounds of quality factory-loaded carbine ammunition.
• Eye and Ear Protection (Electronic hearing protection recommended).
• Suitable Clothing (We shoot rain or shine) with comfortable footwear.
• Snacks and drinks.
