Please join the chapter to connect with other hospitalists in your community and for an educational presentation titled "Beyond the Hype: A 'Drivers Ed' Course for Generative AI in Medicine," provided by Dr. Harris Carmichael.
Dr. Harris L. Carmichael currently serves as a teaching hospitalist at Intermountain Medical Center, a fellow in the Intermountain Healthcare Delivery Institute, and as the Lead Hospitalist Researcher for Intermountain Health's Canyons Region. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Chief Residency at the University of Utah, a fellowship in the combined Stanford/Intermountain Population Health and Care Delivery Science Fellowship, and a Master of Health Policy at Stanford University. He is an immediate past Editorial Fellow at the Journal of Hospital Medicine, a member of the Society of Hospital Medicine’s National Performance Measures and Reports Committee, and he is the chair of the Utah Chapter of the American College of Physicians’ Health and Public Policy Committee.
