Call for Abstracts
The SHM St. Louis Chapter invites Residents, Fellows and Medical Students to submit abstracts to their Annual Scientific Abstract Competition. This is an opportunity to showcase your work in Research, Innovations, and Clinical Vignettes (RIV).

Submission Deadline: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. CT

Notification of Acceptance: Wednesday, November 12, 2025
The top-scoring abstract will receive automatic acceptance to the National Scientific Abstract Competition taking place during SHM’s annual Conference, Converge, in Nashville, TN, March 29 - April 1, 2026 and will be required to submit their abstract to the national submission site by the November 24, 2025 deadline in order to be accepted.
