SHM NYC/Westchester Chapter Meeting

Dr. Lily Ackermann  ScM, MD, FACP, SFHM is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She is the section lead within the division of hospital medicine for faculty development and education and co-management.  She lead and designed several surgical co-management pathways encompassing complex care of medical and surgical patients.  She leads faculty development and faculty education through a grand round series encompassing a network of community and academic hospitals. She completed her training at George Washington University School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of public health. She completed her Internal Medicine residency training at the University Pennsylvania . She has an interest in multidisciplinary care and in clinical physician education.
