The Care Collective: A Premier Clinical & Community Partnership Expo in Hampton Roads
The SHM Hampton Roads Chapter is hosting an in-person event on Thursday, September 11th at 6:00 p.m. ET at the Virginia Beach Town Center City Club in Virginia Beach, VA. This program, formerly known as the SHM Hampton Roads Chapter's Annual Community Resource Fair, is an opportunity for hospitalists and healthcare professionals to learn more about the vital clinical and community-based resources in Hampton Roads. The goal of this program is to improve the care provided to patients both in the hospital and after discharge. This expo offers a unique opportunity for collaboration, networking, and knowledge exchange in an engaging, open-format setting.
