Our week-long half-day (9:00 am -12:30 pm) LEGO robotics and Scratch programming camp offers students grades 2-6 the opportunity to learn about robotics, programming, and problem-solving using the latest LEGO Mindstorms Robot Inventor kits. The program aims to develop teamwork, leadership, organizational skills, confidence, and competence through guided and self-directed learning, real-world engineering experiences, and problem-solving activities.
LEGO Robotics & Scratch Programming Features:
Creativity - Through interactive and real-time programming on the LEGO robotics, students are inspired to be creative and imaginative, and develop their design and problem-solving abilities.
Collaboration - Students need to work with group members and teachers to share ideas and problem-solving methods, enhancing their teamwork and communication skills.
Hands-on - Students need to combine computer programming with operating LEGO robots or Scratch platforms, exercising their hand-eye coordination, and enhancing their logical thinking and analytical skills.
Cancellation of enrollment and refund policy. A full refund of the camp fee and registration fee will be made if the camp is canceled by Sunshine. 14 calendar days or more before the desired camp starts, cancellations are accepted with a full refund of the camp fee. 13-5 calendar days before the camp, 50% refund. No cancellation or refund will be issued within 4 or fewer calendar days before the desired camp starts. The registration fee is non-refundable.
