1. Arrival:

1. • Upon arrival, please proceed to the main check-in desk located at the entrance of City Place, Lagrange, KY.
   • Volunteers will be available to guide you to the check-in area.

2. Name Badge Pickup:

   • Provide your registration confirmation (email or printed ticket) to the check-in staff.
   • Staff will verify your registration and provide you with a name badge.
   • Ensure your name badge is visible at all times during the event for easy identification and networking. You must wear your name badge at all times to access event areas and participate in activities.

VIP Check-In:

1. VIP Arrival:

   • VIP attendees will have a dedicated check-in desk for a quicker and more streamlined process.
   • Look for the "VIP Check-In" signs or ask a volunteer for directions to the VIP check-in area.

2. VIP Name Badge and Welcome Packet:

   • Provide your VIP registration confirmation to the VIP check-in staff.
   • Staff will verify your registration and provide you with a VIP name badge and a special welcome packet, which includes event materials, a schedule, and any exclusive VIP perks.
   • Ensure your VIP name badge is visible at all times to access VIP areas and benefits. You must wear your VIP name badge at all times during the event.

  • If you lose your name badge, please return to the check-in desk for assistance. A replacement badge will be issued after verifying your registration.
