The Sharper Business Workshop is a three-day event where businesses receive the tools and training to implement systems and processes to grow and scale. Wednesday, July 14 | Day Two is Leading Day
Now that we all have an operating system it's time to learn how to use it! Enjoy a powerful session by Adrian Gostick on The Carrot Principle along with talent optimization, leadership, and personal development sessions taught by our team of coaches, Leading Day will equip you to make meaningful change in your business.

Wednesday night there will be an amazing networking activity you don’t want to miss!

Thursday, July 15 | Day Three is Leveraging Day
We've done enough talking, now it's time to act! Leverage Day is where you share the specific challenges you are facing in your business and as a group, we work to make connections, provide insight, and develop solutions. Groups meet based on topics such as leadership, process, marketing, personnel, and more.

The Sharper Business Workshop will be held at Warehouse 22 located in Syracuse, Utah. Sessions start at 10 am each day and conclude by 5 pm.
