What is Shamanic Dancing?

Is one of the deepest meditations that will bring you into true bliss.

In this dance you dissolve: the dancer disappears and only the dance remains. Dance is one of the deepest meditations possible. You can lose yourself in it. When you connect with yourself on an intimate level you can easily do that with others especially through dance.

In a lot of different cultural they perceive God as a dancers Because….God is a dancer. That means he has not painted the world; otherwise he would have become separate from it. It is not his poetry; it is not his music. It is his dance.

He is in it, he is it — no separation…right this very moment, these green trees, and the sun pouring its gold through them, and the call of the bird, and you here sitting in silence, just being with me for no particular reason, just enjoying this moment, this silence. This is it.

This is moment is where we find true fulfillment.

Above is what a Shamanic dance look like but it also it takes no form as well… you move with spirit and connect deeper within.

Shamanic Dancing is simply another method of Shamanic Journeying that involves using breathing and dancing to achieve the light or deep state of Trance required for Shamanic Journeying.

Shamanic Dancing is a practice in which you dance to invite Spirit, the power of all creation, into your body.

This is accomplished through a unique breathing technique. When you use this breathing method, you will free your mind, and your soul will be able to travel to other worlds to meet your shamanic ancestors, spirit animals, or spirit guides. You can get answers to your questions there, as well as learn, heal, and even help your friends heal on a spiritual level.
