Setting up a Website for Your Private Practice (Virtual Event)

Attendees will learn the basics of setting up a website for a private practice. This will include a general overview of the logistics (buying a domain, DIY vs. hiring a developer, the best platform to build a website on, etc), some tips for website design, basics of copywriting for a website and an introduction to several digital marketing strategies (Google Adwords, Google My Business, Social Media & Search Engine Optimization) to increase website visibility.
Educational Objectives:
1. Attendees will be able to list and show a basic understanding of what goes into each stage of website creation (building, designing, copywriting & digital marketing).
2. Attendees will be able to describe the advantages and disadvantages to doing each stage of website creation on your own versus outsourcing.
3. Participates will be able to list specific tips they can use when creating an effective private practice or updating their current website.
