In exceptional circumstances of non-show to live event due to a force majeure, or health conditions you may apply for a ticket exchange, or refund, providing a brief explanation and supporting evidence to your case, we accept such application within 5 days following the event date. No refund or exchanges offered for Online ticket holders who didn’t apply for ticket cancellation before the event date, failed to log in, or participate within the extended access period provided on all of our Online events.
