Delineatethedifferencebetweenburnout,compassionfatigue,andsecondarytraumaticstress. Examinewaysinwhichhelpingprofessionalscananddomanagestress whenfacedwitha varietyofagencylimitationsandclientsufferingortrauma. Explorepossibletoolsandpersonalstrategiesincluding,butnotlimitedto,seekingoutprofessionalsupportthatmayhelpthemavoidburnout,vicarioustrauma,orsecondarytrauma.
