With a diverse professional background spanning corrections, technology, and security, Dylan brings a unique perspective to the physical security industry. He spent three years working in the corrections field, where he developed strong communication, problem-solving, and situational awareness skills in a high-pressure environment. He later transitioned into technology sales before specializing in cybersecurity sales, spending two years helping organizations strengthen their digital security posture. Today, he has found his home at Alcatraz, where he leverages his experience across both physical and cybersecurity to help clients identify and implement comprehensive security solutions.

Gabriel Labrecque joined Genetec as Product Line Manager for Mission Control in 2019 and was responsible for ensuring the product is well positioned and responds to customer needs. As of June 2021 still within a product manager position but also responsible for the Security Center client, Web application, mobile applications as well as IIoT plugins. Since 2024, joined the Security Center SaaS group to onboard channel partner as well as making sure the product answered everybody’s needs. As of 2026 now product manager for unified operations still responsible for the liaison with Channel partners and internal development team.

Gabriel has joined industry as of 1998 and since has worked in various roles, including quality assurance, tech support, training, sales engineering, sales, integration specialist, and product management with a primary focus on access control, integrating with video and intrusion platforms.

Jamie brings over 25 years of dedicated service to the physical security industry. His journey began in various engineering and operational roles, providing him with a solid foundational understanding of the implementation of complex projects. Fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit, Jamie embarked on the path of starting a security company that could deliver an industry leading client experience.

From its modest beginnings in a single-room office, Prime Secured has grown to become a trusted partner for hundreds of clients nationwide. In his capacity as the President and CEO of Prime Secured, Jamie takes pride in leading the company towards the forefront of the next generation of security integrators.

Dr. Josh Miller is a board certified emergency medicine physician, practicing in Lincoln, NE.  A native Nebraskan, Dr. Miller graduated from the Creighton University School of Medicine in 2006.  He served as chief resident, completing his residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX in 2009.  Dr. Miller served as an emergency medicine physician on active duty in the United States Air Force from 2006-2013.  He completed 3 tours to Afghanistan from 2009-2013.  He has been with Nebraska Emergency Medicine since 2017, serving as president since 2022.  He also holds a faculty position at Creighton University where he teaches point of care ultrasound to the critical care fellows.  He and his wife of 25 years, Sarah, have 8 children and 2 grandchildren. 

Julian Caldwell II is Chief Information Officer at JRCO USA. Over the past three quarters he has led the deployment of production AI capabilities across the firm's property research, storm intelligence, deal scoring, and field reporting platforms — putting real AI tooling into the hands of estimators, PMs, and operations leaders in a domain that has historically run on phone calls and PDFs. His focus is the sub-side of construction technology, and how AI lands when it's deployed somewhere it isn't expected.

Jill Schroder is a dynamic healthcare leader with extensive experience overseeing hospital and clinic operations across multiple service lines. Known for her strong communication skills, strategic vision, and compliance-focused approach, Jill is passionate about driving organizational excellence through collaboration and continuous improvement.

Justin was born and raised in Ulysses, Nebraska, and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in 2012. He has worked in IT since 2007 across a variety of industries, including higher education, government, the private sector, and managed services.

Justin joined Prime Secured in 2021 as a Client Solution Engineer and was recently promoted to Director of Client Success. He understands that technology is only part of the solution and knows that delivering an exceptional client experience is just as critical to long-term success. In his current role, he works closely with clients to solve real business challenges, helping them align technology solutions with their strategic goals and objectives.

Senior Director of Channel Enablement for North America for Kaseya, Matt Scully utilizes his extensive Channel experience to foster existing MSP partnerships at Kaseya and develop new partnerships. Prior to Kaseya, Matt served in channel leadership roles at Datto, Mailprotector, and Redstor. He was responsible for developing and managing the company’s partner programs and overseeing marketing strategies for channel leaders to enhance customer satisfaction and expand their businesses.

 Paul has been in the IT industry for 25 years, starting as a help desk engineer and eventually building, and selling multiple Managed Service practices. Paul is now at HPE Networking as a Senior Channel Systems Engineer designing and developing solutions for companies of all sizes, while training and developing partners and partner engineers on the entire HPE Networking portfolio and solutions.

Phil Coppola, PSP is an accomplished professional with a proven track record in the fields of business development, sales and marketing.
