Cancellation policy
If delegates would like to cancel their registration, please provide written notification by email to sciencemeetsparliament@sciencepolicy.ca
There is a 20% processing fee for refunds for cancellation before March 28, 2025.
There is a 50% processing fee for refunds for cancellation between March 28- May 12, 2025.
No refunds will be made after May 12, 2025.
The Science Meets Parliament (SMP) Committee reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. The SMP Committee will not be liable for any loss, damages, or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
Registration purchases are non-transferable.

Des frais de traitement correspondant à 20 % du montant du remboursement s’appliquent pour toute annulation avant le 28 mars 2025.
Des frais de traitement correspondant à 50 % du montant du remboursement s’appliquent pour toute annulation entre le 28 mars 2025 et le 12 mai 2025.
Aucun remboursement après le 12 mai 2025.
Le Comité du programme La science rencontre le Parlement (SRP) se réserve le droit d’annuler ce programme. En cas d’annulation, les personnes inscrites en seront avisées le plus rapidement possible. Le comité SRP ne sera pas responsable des pertes, dommages ou dépenses autres que les frais d’inscription qu’une telle annulation pourrait entraîner.
Les inscriptions sont non transférables.
