CSPC is pleased to offer this program in 2025 to help strengthen the connection between the science and policy communities. The program provides an excellent opportunity for researchers to learn about the inclusion of scientific evidence in policy-making in Parliament.

Le CPSC est heureux d’offrir ce programme en 2025 pour contribuer à renforcer le lien entre les communautés scientifique et politique. Le programme offre aux chercheurs une excellente occasion d’en apprendre davantage sur l’inclusion de preuves scientifiques dans le processus d’élaboration des politiques au Parlement.

Cancellation policy

If delegates would like to cancel their registration, please provide written notification by email to sciencemeetsparliament@sciencepolicy.ca

  • Cancellations received on or before October 1, 2025, are eligible for a refund minus a 20% processing fee.

  • Cancellations received between October 2 and October 31, 2025, are eligible for a refund minus a 50% processing fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 31, 2025.

The Science Meets Parliament (SMP) Committee reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of a cancellation. The SMP Committee will not be liable for any loss, damages, or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.

Registration purchases are non-transferable.
