Salesperson's 75 Hour Pre License - EMERSON

If you have decided to pursue an exciting new real estate career, you must have a real estate license. To qualify for a Salesperson real estate license in Georgia, you must:

• * Be at least 18 years old.
• * Be a resident of the State of Georgia, unless seeking a nonresident license.
• * Pass a state real estate examination.
• * Be a high school graduate or holder of a certification of equivalency
• * Obtain a criminal history report from the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation).
• * Complete a 75 hour Salesperson Pre-license course, attending all the sessions.
• * Pass the final class exam with a grade of 75 or greater.
• * Pass the State Exam with a grade of 75 or greater.

Final decisions regarding license are the responsibility of the Georgia Real Estate Commission. For additional information, visit the GREC website.

Dates:  From January 5th to February 12th; Combined weekday and weekend class dates for this class. Tuesday and Thursday class dates: Jan 8,10,29,31, Feb dates:Feb 5,7,12 from 6pm to 9:30pm. Saturday dates: January 5,12,19,26 February 2,9 from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Tuesday and Thursday classes will have a 15 minute break. Saturday classes will have an hour lunch and a 15 minute break.

Final Exam to be held February 12th.
