Trip to Jamestown Crag for Rox adult members. All Rox members are welcome and encouraged to attend. If you have been climbing in the gym for a little while or a long while and want to try climbing on rock, this is a great opportunity to climb outside under the guidance of AMGA certified outdoor instructors. We will be gearing the trip toward new outdoors climbers, but we will aim to set appropriately challenging routes for everyone who attends.
MOCS is a non-profit, and one of our core principles is that everyone should just pay what they can. Market rate to guide one person at a crag is about $100. We encourage you to pay what you can to help support the MOCS youth program. But If you can't afford to pay, we absolutely want you to come on the trip!
You are responsible for transportation to and from Jamestown Crag, which is about 2.5 hours away in Arkansas. We are happy to connect folks who are coming in case they want to exchange carpool info. We will meet in the Jamestown Crag parking lot at 9:30 sharp.
