The Early Registration Discount is shown in the price on the Registration Page. Regular price for these packages is $105 and $75.
$80 VIP Vendor Package includes:
✔ Approximately 10×10 INDOOR Space.
✔ Vendor may share a space with another vendor.
✔ Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and table covers. Only cloth or polyester table covers are allowed.
✔ Daily promotion on Facebook until market Event.
✔ First opportunity to obtain booth location each day of event beginning 30 minutes prior to arrival of rest of vendors within Basic section of the market.
✔ Reserved premium spot at the market.
✔ Ability to request electricity access. Subject to availability.
$50 Basic Vendor Package includes:
✔ Approximately 10×10 OUTDOOR space.
✔ Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, table covers, and tents if outdoors. Cloth or polyester table covers are required for all tables.
✔ Choice of remaining spots after VIP vendors.
✔ Basic Package vendors CANNOT share a space.
✔ Basic Package does not include access to electricity.
Food Trucks/Tents spots are available for $100.
To prevent having multiple food truck/tent vendors of the same type, you MUST contact us at events@theshoppersmarket.com PRIOR to registering and obtain approval to register. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your registration fee.
This registration is for vendors of hot food, snow cones, ice cream, lemonades, other drinks. It is not for bakers, canners, beef jerky, and the like. Please contact us at events@theshoppersmarket.com if you are unsure which registration type to choose. Food vendor truck/tent will be located outside. Vendor must provide their own electricity – generators are allowed. Vendor must have proper permits.
All vendors are responsible for securing their own licenses or permits, as needed.
DISCLAIMER: Please note that our role in this process is to provide you with space to market and sell your products in a retail environment at an established venue. Our role in regard to marketing and promoting includes Facebook & Instagram posts, boosted (paid) Facebook & Instagram ads, a boosted Facebook event page, and providing the venue & vendors with marketing assets to promote on their own social media and websites. We do not in any way, shape, or form guarantee specific traffic numbers or sales for individual vendors. All participating vendors are required to do their part in marketing & promoting.
All vendor registration fees are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason unless event is outright canceled with no make up dates scheduled.
