The focus of this content is to establish a companywide commitment to ‘Stand on Respect’, by equipping leaders to create, support, and enforce respect in the workplace. By providing your team with the knowledge of how to take a proactive approach to workplace discrimination and harassment they can set the expectation that everyone should be treated with care and respect. Employees who respect each other, work and collaborate together, and employees who work together are the foundation of a strong company culture and high morale. This session also provides your leadership team with the knowledge and skills to identify and appropriately respond to situations of disrespect, and by doing so, avoid creating risk and liability tied to claims of workplace harassment and discrimination.
