This content covers two levels of information. The first is to establish a companywide commitment to Stand on Respect. The second is to equip leaders with their individual and collective accountability to create, support, and enforce respect in the workplace. We know that employees who respect each other, work together, and employees who work together, create profitable outcomes. Our focus in this training is to introduce the Achilles Way for achieving a respectful workplace.
