Cancellation policy

Cancellations received 10 working days before the conference will receive a refund, less a $50 administration fee. Notifications of cancellation must be received by Wednesday, November 14, 2018. Registrations may be transferred to another member of the same organization, if notification is received via email at least one day prior to the conference. If the event is cancelled, the conference registration fee will be refunded, and the organizer will not be held liable for any other expenses. By registering for this conference, the registrant hereby agrees to this policy.
