Description: The CT Division of Emergency Management and Homeland Security and the DEMHS Region 2 Regional Emergency Planning Team, in association with the American Red Cross, will be hosting a tabletop exercise designed to evaluate regional capabilities under Emergency Support Function 6 - Mass Care. The scenario will test procedures, processes, and plans for emergency sheltering, mass feeding, pet sheltering, transportation, and resource sharing between public and private organizations involved in disaster preparedness and response.
