Are you or your teen overwhelmed? Does stress seem to be an every day feeling in your house? This is THE workshop for your teen!! This is not the typical "talk therapy", and is a place for no judgment, lots of deep breathing, and OWNERSHIP of emotions!
Come grab a drink at PJs! You'll learn practical ways to take control of reactions, and just simply learn to reduce overwhelm and improve gratitude. The event is free, and there will be an optional make-and-take project for $5. We can't wait to see you there!
