Katie Murphy Amphitheater, 277 W 27th , New York , New York , 10001, United States.

A documentary film screening followed by a Q&A with Brooklyn-based designer Korina Emmerich moderated by Natalie Nudell from History of Art program at FIT.

Red Fever is a witty and entertaining feature documentary about the profound -- yet hidden -- Indigenous influence on Western culture and identity. Why have Indigenous cultures been revered, romanticized, and appropriated for so long, and to this day? Red Fever uncovers the surprising truths behind the imagery.

The FIT Library is cohosting, along with The FIT History of Art department and the Fashion Studies Alliance.
