From the original event:

The Legal Writing Institute is pleased to follow our New Teacher Training Bootcamp with our second “Bootcamp 2.0.” Bootcamp 2.0 is a one-day virtual workshop focused on teaching second-semester legal writing. As with the initial boot camp, “new” doesn’t just mean “brand new”–anyone in their first few years of teaching the first-year legal writing course can benefit from the boot camp! And “teachers” includes all teachers of 1L legal writing, including new full-time faculty, fellows, and adjunct faculty.

The boot camp will be hosted virtually by Stetson University. The workshop includes an introduction to teaching second-semester 1L legal writing from expert legal writing faculty as well as advice from more junior colleagues about getting started. Topics include teaching persuasion and oral argument, classroom activities and exercises, and professional development. There will also be opportunities to socialize and network with facilitators and other participants.

Pricing:

$50 for individual access to the recorded content

$200 institutional rate for schools sending multiple attendees ($400 for 4+ attendees)

Need-based rates are also available.
