Course Description: This 3-hour course is taught by both Kathryn Crawford Wheat and Ronald Earl Wilsher. This class is co-taught by a 10-year veteran of new homes sales and is designed to help Realtors confidently and knowledgeably sell in the new home market. We’ll cover the advantages of new homes vs. used homes, how to best work with new homes sales professionals, negotiation skills and the building process.
