Rosalyn D. Davis, MSCJ, MATS, CADC-II, ICADC
Rosalyn D. Davis is a seasoned criminal justice and behavioral health professional with more than 37 years of experience across the criminal justice system. She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor II (CADC-II), International Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), and Medication-Assisted Treatment Specialist (MATS).
Mrs. Davis has served in numerous executive and leadership roles in state government and the private sector, including Probation Officer III, Day Reporting Center Manager, Statewide Manager for Day Reporting Centers, Programs Manager, and Manager II. She currently serves as the Services and Projects Manager for the Division of Reentry Services for the Georgia Department of Community Supervision. She is also a part-time Criminal Justice Instructor at Middle Georgia State University and is a Senior Training Instructor with the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training Council (POST).
A nationally recognized trainer and consultant, Mrs. Davis provides training on trauma-informed practices, substance use disorders, recovery, and criminal justice topics. She is a National Trauma-Informed Response Trainer through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), a Crisis Intervention Officer, and a sworn Probation and Parole Officer in the State of Georgia.
Mrs. Davis is actively involved in advancing the fields of community supervision, recovery, and behavioral health through her leadership with numerous professional and community organizations. She is the Immediate Past President of the Georgia Professional Association of Community Supervision and serves as Parliamentarian and Chair of the Bylaws and Social Justice Committees for the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Certification Board of Georgia.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Davis has remained committed to improving outcomes for justice-involved individuals, promoting recovery, and advocating for underserved populations. Her passion for education, collaboration, and evidence-based practices has made her a respected leader, national trainer, and consultant in the field of criminal justice.
