The state of Missouri & Kansas require that anyone interested in obtaining a real estate sales person license must complete 2 courses before obtaining their license.  These classes are as follows:

The process for obtaining your license can feel overwhelming, but we have outlined the steps needed.

1. Register and take for 30 hour (KS) or 48 hour (MO) pre-exam course

2. Register for exam

3. Pass the exam

4. Register and take the 30 hour (KS) or 24 hour (MO) practice course

5. Apply for real estate license

 

The Pre-Licence class will meet  Monday, Sept, 19th - Saturday, Sept 24th

Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Saturday 8am - 5pm

 

The Post License Course will meet Monday, Oct. 10 - Thursday, Oct. 14th 

Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm
