Come join us for an incredibly FUN event on Thursday January 5th to kick off 2017 right!

You'll walk away with some goodies to get you EMPOWERED in taking the reigns on your health and energy in 2017.

You'll also hear from me, a functional medicine doc, and health coach Elaine Bacio on why detoxification is SO important for optimal health AND simple and fun tips to detox yourself for more energy, balanced hormones and better digestion usisng natural solutions and food!

We'll also be featuring Danae Robinett, yoga instructor, on how you can incorporate simple yoga poses to encourage detoxification with ease.
