Join us for 1 of 3 sessions as local celebrities and community leaders read Thank You, Omu! by Oge Moral. Thank You, Omu! tells the story of a generous elderly woman who makes a fantastic pot of thick red stew. The scent from her stew travels all throughout her neighborhood and brings her community members over to her home for a taste. By the end, she shares a lovely feast with her neighbors where everyone contributes to the meal. Each student who participates will receive a copy of the book. Available in English and Spanish. 9:30am-10:15am, 10:30am-11:15am and 11:30am-12:15pm
